FLYSAFAIR - you charge us to carry our luggage, and then you damage it!

Although they market themselves as a low cost airline, it cannot be at the cost of their customer service - which is shocking. I have spent far too much time trying to resolve a claim for damaged luggage from one of their flights. I think the objective in this instance is for us to reach the conclusion that this is too much effort, give up and walk away.
