After reporting on IOL they are offering passengers to either cancel or change their flights at bo extra charge due to the recent flooding in KZN, I was advised this offer was only applicable for certain days which were not mentioned in the statement issued to the press. whereas competitor Kalula did mention dates passengers could make use of this service.
