Flysafair worst airline

My daughter and I had the most unpleasant experience yesterday flying with flysafair. I was asked to pay R250 extra for my small handbag which contained my travel documents. We both flew from istanbul with Qatar with no issues regarding our hand luggage. Come to flysafair and I was told to shove my handbag into my hand luggage or pay R250. Mind you this, all happening while in priority boarding which I paid for, for nothing aswell. I had to open my luggage in front of everyone to put my handbag in. My handbag could have been stored under my seat so I don't understand why they made such a big fuss about it. Very horrible experience. I won't be flying with them again I will be sure to share this with family and friends
