Flysafair - Worst Airline!!!

We unfortunately did not do the online boarding and were 10 minutes late. We were rudely told that WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU you have to go to the Flysafair desk. When we asked for them to please assist the only thing they could do is sell us new tickets at DOUBLE the price
