FlySaFair will leave you stranded!

Flew down to East London with hand luggage and was only told on the way back that my hand luggage was too big. Rules are rules, which i understand however why do they apply on certain legs of one's flight? To make matters worse is that regardless of checking in an hour and half before my flight, i am told at boarding that i cannot fly with my luggage (which was 10 min before the flight takes off). No one was willing to assist with keeping the bag so it can be picked up nor was i given an alternative. Not to mention the rude staff who simply do not care. Needless to say, the flight left me. Nor did FlySafair staff care. Shout out to British Airways for coming to the rescue!
