flysafair very unsatisfied!

We are frequent flyers and this one time we gave FlySafair a chance.I have booked my ticket and paid. Today when we flew with them they come with my husband is only allowed to take 7kg on the plane. It doesn't state that on their website.<br> When we spoke to them the guy who assisted us said more than 7kg is R250 extra! <br> <br> While on all the other Airlines we are allowed to take 20kg and 7kg handlugguage...like i said we are frequent flyers we fly more than 15 times a year to see our children in Jhb we will never get use of Flysafair again...<br> We would like to warn people aswell..<br> When my husband asked them why do they do this the guy who assisted him rep**** with this is just a marketing strategy...<br> <br> Regards <br> <br> <br>
