Flysafair utter Disappointment

I am not happy at all with my experience there on the 07/05/2019 I joined the flight special thing I was selected even received an SMS for the confirmation however when I was supposed to make payments Im being put from pillar to post called the call centre for assistance was on the line for I've an hour with no assistance , alternative I used their WhatsApp option still no success there coz they take 1 hour 30 minutes to respond so much for them saying it's effective , and my sms said that it will expire I kept on requesting for assistance but nothing , Im so disappointed coz this was one opportunity I had to do something good for my husband we have been together for over 4 years now and I haven't done anything nice for his birthday so I took this as an opportunity but flysafair made a promise which they couldn't keep how does one promote something and not have control on it , it really saddens me because to this minute I didn't get any assistance. ********** 030
