Flysafair: Useless, unprofessional *******.

Flysafair cancelled our flight due to the new curfew. I changed our flight to an earlier date and time provided by Flysafair.

I paid extra money to select my seats early so that I can select seats with extra legroom due to my length. Flysafair no longer gives me the option to select my seats even though I paid for this option.

This is very unprofessional and thievery. I tried phoning them but as expected no answer. I also sent them a mail with an automated reply which does not help my situation.

Stay away from this airway as they will take your money and run as soon as the going gets tough.
