FlySafair- unprofessional behavior of staff

We had a flight this morning Jhb to Durban. My family of 3 was 2 minutes late for the bag drop off and the gentleman Sibusiso Nkoana at check in refused to allow either my family or my child and self (without luggage) onto the flight. He rudely told us to go stand in queue with over 20 persons to try and get another flight. We waited aimlessly for 15minutes and moved over to finding the next availed flight. I would suggest you teach your crew common courtesy and how to speak to customers in a more polite manner because he was exercising his authority and laughing with his colleague. Instead of being concerned on being the most punctual airline you should focus on customer retention in a dying economy. Regardless of everything when you'll feel like canceling flights for several hours you'll are perfectly fine with it! Soon you will be in business rescue for cutting corners and treating customers who actually help your profit margin like ****!
