FlySAfair unfair customer service

I am so disappointed with FlySAfair airlines with their customer service. I mistakenly added extra special luggage sports equipment in my booking. Now I asked them to reverse it as I do not have any sports equipment. It was unintentionally. Now I am actually paying for something that they won't provide me service on as I don't have a sport equipment. I was told I won't get any refund for my mistake. They took my R495 just like that. That is totally unfair. Paying for something that I don't even have and won't be provided services for.
