FlySafair uncaring .And unprofessional.

Please people out there DO NOT book for flights with FlySafair. I was at the airport for 2 hours , missed my flight because they said I didnt have a booking. To things so much worse the customer service was appalling. The people at ticket sales spoke to us as though we were non existent. They are rude and unsympathetic I will never book a flight with them ever again. No wonder the airline has not responded to any complaints because they know that hey messed up BIG TIME. Shame on you for making mothers with children wait and you did absolutely nothing about it. Instead your stuff were uncaring to people old enough to be their parents!!
