FlySaFair to Air France

At the King Shaka I arrived at check in three hours before my flight to Jhb connecting to France. The lady said I must wait 20 minutes before I can check in. I left the counter to wait outside the line, a minute later the lady comes to double check with me when my flight was leaving and then said I should come back an hour later. I did my check in after the appointed time and my one bag was checked in as fragile because I had my laptop. Arriving in Jhb only one bag arrived and no one escorted me to the baggage claim despite having limited time to make it to my connecting flight. Eventually I found staff to help me find my way. I was asked if I did an early check in, which I hadn't and eventually left to my connecting flight almost too late and without my luggage. The staff are unattentive, misleading and rude. I had to be the one to greet the lady at the counter first (twice) and after asking what else she needed other than my passport she didn't say excuse me, she only raised her eyebrows. Then asked where I'm going. I told her my final destination and she said "No, now." so I corrected myself and she chuckled a bit as ridicule. I am not a stupid person, I am smart and work hard, which is the reason I am on this very flight. I am disgusted from start to finish how clients are treated at airports. We should be treated as guests not dismissed like *********. I will also make a review about how I was treated at Air France by the supervisor and her colleague at OR Tambo due to being checked in late because of Safair being careless about my luggage.
