Flysafair, Terrible Terrible Service. Will never recommend flying with them

Terrible Terrible service, I was booking a flight on the 31st May 2020 (Ref: JKFYQQ) scheduled for departure on the 2nd of July 2020 which was cancelled by Flysafair, I was issued a voucher for R2,278.00 which I have redeemed by booking another flight on their website where I had to pay in R354.00 which I did and the flight was confirmed (Ref: LMXRFZ) This flight was also cancelled by Flysafair, I then contacted the call centre and requested to be refunded as I cannot book another flight based on my requirements and I was assured that the refund shall be paid into my account. After approximately 3 Weeks I have received a refund for R354.00, I then called again and queried the balance of R2,278.00 and was told that this amount have been refunded as a Voucher. I then advised the agent that I have requested for a refund and queried why it was only partially paid out, to this day I am still awaiting for feedback or my refund as I am being advised that the matter has been escalated on a daily bases and that some person will contact me, which I am also still waiting for.
