FLYSAFAIR takes money not due

Although the flights leave on time and cabin staff are friendly, the company's administration leaves much to be desired. Now day 15 after being double debited on the 30% Christmas special on the 9th of July and still no refund even after numerous emails and telephone calls at my expense. Definitely not treating your customers fairly. I wonder how many other customers have received the same treatment???
