Flysafair system errors costing customers

Flysafair is the most aggravating airline to deal with!!! I made an online booking for a return flight, and when I received my booking confirmation the flight times I had selected were incorrect, considering the flight I had chosen was for an evening flight was more expensive than the morning flight yet I was charged for the evening flight and put on a morning flight. I am livered that they now expect me to pay an additional R500 to change a flight were their system clearly had an error!

When contacting them via FB I am told it is not their responsibility! The flight I am now on is cheaper than the flight I wanted! FLYSAFAIR change my flight or reimburse me the extra money I spent, if I had wanted to spend and extra R600 I would of gone to another airline!!!

This is not the first time were I have selected the correct flights and paid and revieced my booking with the wrong times!!!!

Not on, a little more assistance would go a long way!!!!

Own up to the fact that your systems do have errors from time to time.
