Flysafair still liable to pay the balance of my flight voucher money.

I recently queried about a flight that was cancelled of mine in April 2020 this year due to a national lockdown. So my flight was cancelled due to the pandemic. I then waited more than 12 weeks for my cash to be returned. Afer paying 844 zar i only recieved back 460 zar.This is so unfair. Please i am now unemployed and need back the balance of my money.The airline company has failed to me due to their 45 percent of policy that they have put in place.This is **************** as why is there even a policy put in place because its lockdown.My name is Jeremiah fynn.
