Flysafair *****s money

I am so annoyed with Flysafair.

I booked tickets online to CT and back I paid for 1 bag going and coming when I booked these tickets. when I arrived at the airport to fly to CT I notified them I had an additional bag to check and I was willing to pay for it. The lady at the teller asked me if I would be flying back with the bag and would like to pay for the return as well I said yes and was charged R405.00 which I paid. fast forward a week later flying back from CT to JHB I get to the airport and I am told they can only pick up one bag. I had to pay an additional R250.00 to bring the bag back when I had already paid for it. I have emailed, called, whatsapp’d and Facebook messaged them and NO feedback not even the courtesy of a response for my OWN money. NEVER again Flysafair don’t care how cheap it is. The rude lady at the check in counter in CT didn’t even offer my clearly disabled fiance assistance.
