Flysafair staff inconsistently charging customers for additional hand luggage

Flysafair inconsistent charges on additional hand luggage:

Yesterday (17/12/2019) I took CEBAEA from Cape Town to jhb. I was charged R250 for having 3 hand luggage items. In JHB I took flight DGLLFA to Durban, I was charged R500 for having 3 hand luggage items. Your charges are inconsistent and I was treated rudely by the jhb staff. I want to be charged fairly and believe I am due for a refund
