FLYSAFAIR SMASHED MY LUGGAGE

On July 13, 2025, I boarded in CPT to BFN - priority flight. My suitcase was smashed, cracked etc. I took my suitcase to their office at Bram Fischer. The lady took photo's etc. A week later I complained on their website and sent an email with photo's, REF (***). Till today no response at all. Who is going to replace my suitcase?
