FlySafair Shocking Bad Service!!!!

Went to the airport to check in 45 minutes before my flight to Durban. Flysafair refused to check me in saying check in is closed. Had to book on another flight. Most unhelpful staff and unaccommodating. Very unpleasant experience. Staff not helpful at all. Staff didn't want to help and solve the problem. Staff didn't say we can cancel the flight online. Lost my money and had to rebook on another flight.
