Flysafair service

The most pathetic service and if u are not alert you will find yourself without a booking after payment is taken from your credit card. I booked a flight from Jhb to Durban. Paid with my credit card and got bank confirmation. I was shocked to get a notice that my booking was cancelled. It took me more than 40 mins to get to their call centre and only got to speak to an agent after I used the prompt number for special assistance. When I queried the booking I was given a pathetic response that the payment was received but it did not allocate to the booking reference. l am wondering how many people have lost money by being fooled by this airline. Sadly our options are so few . It’s time for more airlines to be brought on board and some regulation introduced on airline prices
