Flysafair ruined my Mothers day

I was supposed to fly back on Mother's day from Bloemfontein to CPT . I Arrived at the airport around 11:30 same time as my car drop-off, my flight was 14:50 but flysafair office was closed and all the other flight offices were open. I had to take a cap back home and when I came later I was told I had book for the next flight which was the following day. I missed a day at work and all my mother's day surprises plans were all messed up because of your bad service. The staff was very unfriendly and not understanding of the situation,
