FlySafair Rocks - from the support centre, via the website, to the flight crews!!!

I would like to commend FlySafair for the allround by far the best local airline that they are. I am so impressed every single time I use your services. I find your interface with your clients, whether via your support centre, your website, and your on-board services extremely client-friendly, and it is such a pleasure to use your services. My most recent experience relates to the fact that I had made a booking where I booked under my name, with my initials as on my ID Book, in brackets. Whilst your website allowed the brackets whilst booking, it disallowed an online checkin with the brackets in my booking (please fix). I called your support centre, and experienced exceptional service from Monique, who went out of her way to understand why my online check-in would not work. She did not give up until she had me checked in. I thought she was the exception. Then during my return flight, I experienced the same problem. Percy Ndlovu helped me this time around, and again, I was blown away by the extent he went to, in order to assist me.... I also love the fact that where other airlines will not accept cash when buying refreshments during the flights, FlySafair puts the client first... once again. When it comes to small transactions, I prefer to pay cash... makes my monthend admin easier! To Elmar Conradie and your team.... your airline rocks!!!! And finally, I love the healthy (important) diversity I see in your teams whenever I fly on Flysafair. Thank you for being there for me. Dr Tineke Wulffers
