FlySaFair ****** me.

When I was in OR Tambo FlySafair charged me R250 even though they told me themselves that my luggage was only 16 kg's. They told me it was procedure, so I paid the fee. However when I was returning from East London, I was not charged, because my luggage had still not exceeded their limit.

Please help me get some answers from them. Or a refund. Because if it was procedure, the FlySafair at East London Airport would have charged me as well.
