FlySafair rips of students. Worst service.

<p>Good day.</p> <p>Who can I possibly get hold of to help us?</p> <p>We flew from Cape Town international airport with a long bag with 3 golf clubs. This was checked in as normal by Safair on Thursday.</p> <p>When arriving we are told that we have to pay extra. When we told Safair we are two students and we do not have extra money for this. They are not even bothered, doesn't apologize. Threatens us if we don't pay we will miss our flight or they will remove us from our flight.</p> <p>I am absolutely disgusted in the service. Never in my life have I been treated so badly. On top of that we are two students.</p> <p>We had to ask other passengers for money to pay for our ticket.</p> <p>I will never fly with your airline again and I will advise everyone about your terrible service.</p> <p>FlySafair you really know how to end a persons weekend. </p>
