FlySaFair ripping us money

Booked a return flight for the coming Monday the 20th of December for my family and we are 4,were supposed to go on a cruise which was cancelled due to the pandemic. FlySaFair is charging us R300 per person per trip then give us a voucher or the remaining amount, this is unacceptable because we are living with the pandemic, which should be taken into consideration. I called them to book the flight again for the same time phrames so that i don't forfeit the money and now they are not responding to my whatsapp or call. Kindly assist, this is the worst service ever, this is ripping people of their money.
