FlySafair ******* on change of dates

I booked two flights to Johannesburg from Cape Town on Christmas Day for R1123. I then had to change the booking to Boxing Day. And instead of the 200 change fee per ticket I had to pay R998. The original booking had two sets of luggage at 155 each . When I checked in I was told I had no luggage . The attendant at the desk was rude . I had no option but to pay 250 again for luggage . The second passenger couldn’t catch the flight as he did not have the extra 250. I want a refund of his flight and the extra cost of changing the tickets . 998-400 + 500 for baggage . I do not want the vouchers for a change they offered . I want my money back . They sheets charge the cost of a new seat for ticket changes instead of the 400 . The selected tickets were 100 more than my original Tickets how can they charge 500 more . It’s the price of a new ticket not a change of date ? Booking BLYIXE
