FLYSAFAIR REFUSES TO GIVE ME A NO REGUND LETTER FOR INSURANCE.

I have been asking for a no refund letter for the past 2 days and have spoke to 3 consultants and have received nothing. I have been promised to recieve the letter by cob on 2 occasions and nothing. I think this is a ploy to not give it to me on time so that I don't get my refund. Very dishonest and shady. I want my no refund letter as tomorrow is my last day .I won't accept any more tricks or delays . ***
