FlySafair refuses check-in.

So my friend got told that she missed check-in by ONE MINUTE this morning. Flight was scheduled at 9h45 from George to ORTambo. We arrived at 08h40. Well ahead of time. She was not running from outside, being late, she went through all the tedious health screenings and was already in the queue. As she got to the front after the person in front of her completed his check-in she was told that she missed check-in by ONE MINUTE. This after she tried numerous times to check in online yesterday. This is completely unacceptable. She was there on time but apparently the system shuts down and they could do nothing for her. It cost us buying a new ticket with Mango to get her home in time. So if someone in front causes a delay in the check-in procedures it can make you miss your flight. And FlySafair will not lift a finger to help you.
