FlySafair really disappointed us. We believed in them

My sisters and I had booked through a promo On the 20th of March 2020 for the 25th of March 2020 just before lockdown, to travel from Johannesburg to Cape Town unfortunately we were forced to postpone! So now we decided to use our vouchers to travel to Cape Town since its level 1 just to enjoy spring plus I’m a teacher and I will be having a long weekend. The prices are ridiculously high and we tried to negotiate that cant we have a trip with the same amount that actually included luggages they said its impossible. They furthermore said if we ask for refund they’ll take close to 40-60% of the amount. What’s bothering us is at first it was R2900 for 3 people plus 3 luggage, now its R5600 (Including a discount code they gave to us that doesn’t make any changes)for the date suitable for us. We’re even starting to think they dropped the prices on the 20th because they knew we could have a lockdown. We are being punished for a lockdown that also affected our finances. PLEASE HELP US SOLVE THIS EXPLOITATION.
