Flysafair - rather pay more money than use them.

I completely understand why people use Flysafair, it’s cheap. But is it really? You pay for your ticket, you pay for your seat and anything else you might require. If there are changes that need to be made, you pay even more, including pay for the seats again. So when you add it all together, it’s the same amount of money as any other airline. Today, like many other days I was at the airport to fly on a Flysafair flight. I paid for priority and I checked in on line. Firstly it didn’t matter if I had checked in on line or not. I still had to stand in the same extremely long queue and answer the same questions. Checking in online made absolutely no difference. The priority line was far longer and took longer than those in the non priority queue. When boarding, it didn’t matter if you had paid for priority as the line was shoved down towards the plane regardless of which line you were in. It was like herding cattle through a gate. Causing shoving and pushing and my daughter being hurt. Overall not a fun experience for myself or my daughter. I think I will choose to pay more money in future for a comfortable safer experience.
