Flysafair ****py services

Penny Smith is the worst customer chat agent ever, she should either go back to training or maybe not be in customer services. Also why does Flysafair say that they have no flights available but it’s not full?? You guys say sold out or raise your prices but you are not even full. We need another airline to rival you again so that you can treat your customers properly.
