Flysafair problems

Very dissapointing business.

I try to change a booking, but it could not be done online. Then I had to call and it took me 35 minutes to get help from a trainee and still it was not possibleto make the change. Furthermore I was told seeing that I am calling to change the booking it will cost R100 more. But the online service was not working?

On the homepage it is mentioned that they are the best local airline ? It must be an April fool's joke? They give options for a whatup message and an email and there were no response to that also. Rikus Coetser
