FlySafair ********* predatory practices

I Missed my flight on Lift the morning of 24 Oct 2023 reschedule my flight for the next day where I phone flysafair at 10:00 am explaining I missed my flight to Durban thus I will need to move my flight from 24 October 2023 at 14:00 to the 25 October 2023, where they advise me I will pay a service fee of R145 which I agree she informed me that she will have to remove my booking and open the seat on flight to which I agreed to where she asked me at what time would I like to fly on the 25th we agreed on 13:55 where she confirmed and asked me to hold the line, I held the line for 5min when it cut off. the afternoon I realised I didn’t receive an email with new flights details where I phoned them to enquire about the new flight details. then only to be informed I was a no show and my ticked was forfeit I complained and explained that I did phone and the whole storey by which they rep**** no agreement was reached which I disputed.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR FLY WITH FLY SAFAIR AGAIN RATHER USE LIFT airlines
