Flysafair poor service

I took the flysafair special for R800. Every month the debit order doesn't go through and I have to spend an hour on the phone to get the payment processed manually. Each month I am promissed that it is sorted out yet at the end of the month it isn't and I have to call. This afternoon i called again. I got put on hold and after 20min I got cutoff. Really fedup and frustrated with this. Does airlink or Mango not offer a similar special?
