FlySAFair poor poor treatment and service

I’m very disappointed to see that this airline denied us assess onto flight FA810. We had previously checked in and due to the December rush we boardered 5minutes late- upon reaching the flight they would not let us board while we watched other individuals board the flight - upon calling the airline it became apparent that they had prioritized individuals who were on standby

I am disgusted at the service as this is not the first incident we’ve had with this airline from flights being constantly delayed to this - NEVER AGAIN!!
