FlySafair Poor Customer Service

FlySafair is always having delays and the customer service and management team are so *********** at resolving customer complaints. The manager of the call center refuses to be escalated for his poor service and doesn’t get back to the customers. I’ve requested my call records and he sent me documents to fill from 2018, the service is absolutely shocking and I will never travel with them again.
