Flysafair - Please pay back our money - R250.00

My daughter (Ivandre Steenkamp) is a Student Pilot at 43 Air School in Port Alfred and first time on the Flysafair flight from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth. He experiences at the Flysafair Check in counters today (06.01.2023) were not good. Her bag was overweight, and she had to pay R250.00 x2 at the counters. Please refund us the other R250.00 ASAP.
