Flysafair pathetic *******!!!!

This is the most pathetic disgusting airline you can ever deal with, their staff member are just as disgusting! We are a family of 9 who had a flight at 7:25 from jhb to dbn, we reached OR Thambo at 6am by 6:15 we were is queue and kept tellin them we need to check in! Eventually some lady called us to the counter checked us in then made us wait till she goes to i dnt know where then she gets back and checks our bags in nd tell us to proceed to the security check, we explain to her that we stood from 6:15 to 7:05 in the check in queue and the security queue is even longer she told us to wait in the queue while she goes to find an airport rep. We realised we might miss the flight nd pushed ourselves to the front where we went thru security check nd got t the gate. Once we got to the gate we were told its closed. We had to go back up and book a standby which costed R300 a person. Nd waited with 2 small babies nd 2 elderly persons for 3 further flights. We were 29 on the list on standbys. This is a money makin scheme and they purposely makin ppl miss the flight in order to make money on standby because just after us a family of 11 missed their flight by while they wete being told they missed their flight flysafair took 11 standbys in their place. I will never use the Again. They are ******* and have no compassion. We eventually hired a car nd drove to durban. How does an airline leave you after you already gated in. They are a disgrace to SA.
