FlySAFair passenger assist service dissapoints

Having just flown from George to OR Tambo at 13h55 today and having had to give up my earlier made emergency exit paid for seat, due to an urgent foot surgery and having to make do with fitting my 6'4" frame into a standard seat due to the injury, I took the precaution and booked via your call centre special assistance due to my leg in a cast and been on crutches.

I was treated with great service at George airport by the ground crew. I was able to be wheelchaired onto the aircraft albeit hearing from the gent who pushed me another rude passenger that was unable to be assisted.

Prior to landing the head hostess informed me I could give my wheel-chair up to this passenger and there were no other chairs available. This resulted in me having to limp walk on crutches off the plane to the far end of the airport at Europe Car Hire . Not very pleasant.

The hostess also wanted me remain seating for passenger assist when disembarking started even though she had taken away my passenger support assistance. She did offer to have someone carry my very small back- pack.

As a frequent flyer with FkySAFAir I am not impressed.

To date not a word of response back form the airline.
