FLYSAFAIR : ONLY HAND LUGGAGE POLICY

I booked ticket for my elderly parents to fly from DBN to JHB. Getting to the airport and flying was already daunting enough for them only to find out that FLYSAFAIR only charges for hand luggage. When you book online, make sure you book luggage as we had to pay an additional R500 for each for their luggage from Durban and back. It turned out to be a LOT more expensive than the other airlines and it was inconvenient for an elderly couple. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE FLYSAFAIR
