Flysafair Online Luggage Check In - Daylight *******!

I had to waste R700 on my return trip to Durban this past long weekend... Just because their online check in system is up to ****. I tried to check in my luggage at R155 each, both online, on the app & via WhatsApp & nothing worked!!! This is utter nonsense & this is how they catch you out for extra money! IT IS NOT FAIR!!!
