FlySafair offers bad service to customers

I was on a 7:00 flight FA413 Ref: HVUCRM from King Shaka to O.R. Tambo. I checked in well on time having woken up at 4:00. I arrived in Jhb and my luggage was not there. Some airport staffer tried to trace it and discovered it was left in Durba

I called the airline and they promised to get back to me. They didn't. I called back and spoke to Tubatso who again couldn't give me a straight answer. He had the audacity to offer me a number to call at King Shaka to trace my bag. I blew my gasket and asked to be transferred to someone superior. I then spoke to another gentleman called Moeledi who showed me arrogance as if they were doing me a favour. They still do not know what's going on with my luggage. He even asked me what do I want him to say. No sense of sympathy or taking any responsibility.

I was on schedule, transiting to Mpumalanga. I can't go anywhere now because my bag is not in my possession. The airline has ruined my entire weekend. I will never make use of it ever again and will never recommend it to anyone.
