FlySafair - not sure if you employees just lie, or are just unhuman!

I am truly disappointed. All our possessions got ****** in KZN, so we had to fly back from Durban to JHB with an affidavit and copies, confirmed by you this is fine.

We got there in time, to board our flight - the ques where so long due do faulty machines not printing tags correctly. We explaned the situation that we just got out documents and our flight is boarding in 30min.

They (FlySafair) said it's fine, we have time. We continuously asked, they kept saying they know - they have informed the pilot, they will wait for us.

Got to security, same thing - we are fine. They will wait. We got to the boarding gate where a woman said no they have closed the doors sorry. What the hel? We explained . we can even still see the plane, we can see our bags going into the plane but when are not allowed?

They even took our bags back out of the plane and brought them back??

No more flights out, lost R6ks worth of flights, and you just don't give a dam!
