FlySafair not refunding tcikets

In this time of travel crisis, FlySafair are not refunding people for cancelled tickets. They give you a voucher that must be used within 6 months. This is unacceptable. Most people cannot fly again within the timeframe and will lose their voucher - FlySafair ***** their money.
