FlySafair - NON-REFUNDABLE AIRLINE

I used Travelstart to book an emergency flight to Durban and back to Johannesburg. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my flights. I was then informed that FlySafair is a NON-REFUNDABLE AIRLINE BUT you can make changes to name, route and dates as long as it is done at least 24 hours prior to departure. It would have been nice to have known this in advance.

I am never using FlySafair again!
