FlySafair No Service Received

Terrible sevice received from FlySafair.

I got overcharged by R2000 when booking my flights. I have been fighting for 8 days to get this credited or refunded. No one is assisting me. I am sending email after email. Calling 3 times a day (30 minutes per call) and they just keep saying that CIT is busy with the matter. They cannot give me an estimation time. Then they say the only person who can authorize this is on leave. This is putting me off using FlySafair ever again. No customer service at all. Pumzile Sibeko was very rude on the phone.... so unhelpful.
