Flysafair no refunds - R300 charge - voucher for balance vaid for 12 months

No refunds if you change your flight. R300 admin charge and balance is a voucher valid for 12 months. Disappointing when booking made a few months back and paid and cancelled 2 months in advance. Msc cruise changed to Cape Town not from Durban
