FLYSAFAIR needs to be investigated by Competition Commission

Competition Commission has to investigate this company for a number of reasons, FLYSAFAIR ****s customers in many ways, from refusing departure in order to give access to those they have put on standby, i was refused access cause i was merely caring a certified ID copy, i had forgotten my ID in the car but I had a certified copy in my laptop bag, prior to that I had changed that flight from morning to afternoon flat and I was charged an additional R880 plus R30 to change seats which was never allocated.
