FlySafair Need to Up Your Game ...

On behalf of my partner, Mr Scott Meikle who had the misfortune of flying with your airline. First flight ever with Safair and to say it was disappointing would be an understatement. Flight FA200 from JNB to CTN on Sunday, 3 March 2019 crash landed into Cape Town in a terrifying manner. After getting over that shock, then to find your luggage was left behind in Johannesburg for reasons unknown. After landing at 07:50am, the luggage was only received at 13:55pm. Due to being unable to change into business attire, business meetings had to be cancelled. Chronic medication was also inside the luggage (insulin for Type 1 Diabetes - quite life threatening unless of course, you had a heart attack on landing). A short domestic flight shouldn't have these issues. I think this is a first and last experience with FlySafair. Your competitors have never given such shocking service in all my years of business travel.
